These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase or booking of consulting, training, and advisory services provided by Vitorio Veselinov Yosifov (“Service Provider”, “I”, “me”). By booking a session, purchasing training, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

 

 

1. Services may include:1-to-1 consulting sessions, discovery and advisory calls, sales training module, team workshops and enablement programs, digital educational materials, and recorded training videos.

 

All services are educational and advisory in nature.

 

No guarantee of commercial results or outcomes is provided.

 

 

2. Eligibility Services are intended for business professionals, founders, and sales practitioners. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or book services.

 

 

3. Payments: Prices are listed on the website or agreed in writing.

 

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers. By paying, you authorise the selected provider to process your transaction.

 

Access to paid services may be denied or revoked if payment fails or is reversed.

 

 

4. Session Bookings & Scheduling Booked sessions are confirmed after payment. You may reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours' notice.

 

If you miss a session without notice (no-show), the session is considered delivered and is not refundable.

 

I reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative time will be offered.

 

5. Refund Policy: Consulting & Advisory Calls.

 

Refunds are available if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

 

No refunds are provided for missed sessions or late cancellations.

 

Digital Training & Video Modules.

 

Because digital training materials are immediately accessible, refunds are generally not provided once access is granted. If a refund is considered, it is at my sole discretion.

 

Team Training & Workshops: Team engagements are governed by separate written agreements and are not covered by standard refund terms.

 

6. Intellectual Property: All training materials, frameworks, videos, and documents remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider.

 

Materials are licensed for individual or internal team use only.

 

They may not be redistributed, resold, shared publicly, or republished without written permission.

 

7. No Professional Guarantee. All content, coaching, and training are provided for educational purposes.

 

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. No guarantee of sales performance, revenue, or business outcomes is made.

 

8. Limitation of Liability.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for: business losses, missed opportunities, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

 

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

 

9. External Tools & Platforms Services may use third-party tools (video platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools). I am not responsible for outages or failures of those systems.

 

10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
